Lisa Rego is a Bermudian artist who spent most of her formative years in the United Kingdom. She studied Drawing and Painting at the world renowned Glasgow School of Art in Scotland. In 2001, Lisa returned to Bermuda as artist in residence with the Masterworks Foundation, which led to a series of exciting exhibitions. Her artwork is very realistic and she enjoys focusing on vibrant colors and shadows. She has had several of her paintings accepted by international jurors for the Bermuda Biennial Exhibition. Lisa-Anne was voted top 50 Emerging Artist to the U.S. for 2012 and enjoys meeting customers in her Gallery/Studio in Dockyard. She was approached by the International One Design Class Association to capture exciting images of IOD vessels sailing in the Great Sound. They herald an ongoing series being created to celebrate Bermuda's maritime heritage.
Lisa-Anne had the honor of becoming the official licensed artist of the 35th America's Cup which was held in Bermuda in June 2017, and is currently published in the 2018 'London House & Garden'.
