Shipping and Handling
Using DHL for shipping, the stretched and/or framed prints are carefully packed using standard durable packaging materials. All goods are covered by insurance in transit.

Mugs are shipped, wrapped in bubble wrap and Posters are shipped in tubes.
​
Items priced under $100 is shipped via Bermuda Parcel Post and will take up to 3 weeks.

Orders are proceeds Monday - Friday and ships out on Mondays. Most canvas Giclees are hand embellished and varnished in the gallery. Because of this detailing, we will need 7-10 days to process. Please take note of any Limited Stock or Longer Processing time needed (it will be indicated on the item).

Shipping to United States takes 3-5 Days
Shipping to the rest of the World 10-14 Days
All local orders will be collected at the Gallery in the Clocktower Mall.

If express shipping is needed you may contact us.

Customer will be contacted and/or alerted when their package has been shipped.
Customer will also be provided with a tracking number.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Lisa-Anne Rego Gallery cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
