Art pieces are carefully inspected & packaged to ensure safe delivery. As a customer, you have the right to return incorrect merchandise. Any claims must be made within 10 days after delivery. This can be done by e-mailing or calling us in the Gallery (see CONTACT page).
There will be no refunds offered. We make no previsions for Buyers' Remorse. Custom products can not be returned. This is because the production of the custom product is based on the choices made by the customer and therefore, confines them to a commitment to the services that they are requesting.
We are not liable for insignificant distinctions of the product received compared to the product description. Slight variations in size, color, and substrate texture are expected occasionally due to applied technology. Appearance of products can vary when compared to on-screen appearance because of dissimilar graphic cards, browsers, or monitors. Returns are not accepted because of such insignificant distinctions.
